He has founded and grown businesses in agriculture, trade, mortgage broking and financial services, bringing a strong commercial perspective to Syncroni's investment strategy and stakeholder relationships.
John Percudani
John is a respected property industry leader, entrepreneur and innovator with extensive experience in real estate, urban development and business leadership. As Managing Director of Realmark, he brings deep market insight, strategic direction and a passion for creating places and communities that deliver enduring value.
